Occasionally, to protect the anonymity of people, all or part of their name (especially their surname) will be censored.

This is done for a number of reasons:

- To protect a pirate from prosecution or legal action - To protect an ex-pirate from problems related to seeking employment, etc. - To protect people from stalkers etc. - To protect this website from legal and/or civil action.
