CPR, or Clowne Pirate Radio, broadcast from Clowne from summer to autumn 1997. Frequency used was 106.6

Broadcast on Friday nights from 7pm to 8pm, closing down just before Starforce FM started broadcasting Format was non-stop dance music.

CPR's final broadcast took place on 14th November 1997, the same night Starforce FM was raided. It is understood the Starforce operator warned CPR that the DTI were in town, the day after the raid. NB the person who grassed up Starforce to the DTI (the Starforce operator knows the identity of said!) is NOT thought to have had any connection whatsoever to CPR.
